An-Nur Islamic Organisation Ede, 3RD RAMADAN LECTURE \/DISTRIBUTION OF ZAKAAH AND SADAQOH. Alhamdulilah, the 3rd Annual Ramadan Lecture of the An-Nur Islamic Organisation, \u1eb8d\u1eb9 was held yesterday, 16th Ramadan, 1446AH (16th March 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Amir, Engr. Bashir Oyebowale Akande welcomed the guests and explained that the organisation came up with the zakah and sadaqoh distribution with a view to bridging the gaps between the rich and the less-privileged in the Society. This year, over N3,000,000. 00 was distributed to over 60 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He appreciated members as well other donor for their generous donation towards the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his lecture, the missioner of the organisation, Uztaz Abdulganiyy Muhammad Thanni Olagunju, stressed the need for Muslims to avail themselves of the opportunity offered in Ramadan to smoothen their relationship with Allah through sincere repentance, self-appraisal, spending on the way of Allah and constant remembrance of His.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief of Staff to the Osun State Governor, Alh. Kazeem Kolapo Akinleye, felicitated An-Nur Organisation for its contribution to the progress of Islam and welfare of the needy Muslim population in Ede. Speaking through Surv. Kamal Jimoh, he pledged his support for the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other guests include the Chairman of \u1eb8d\u1eb9 Muslim Council, Engr. Dr. Musbahudeen Idris, the Mufasir of Owode and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
